1- We provide services electronically and once the price offer has been sent and you approved it, the agreement is valid in accordance to the terms and conditions of the Foundation.
2 We commit to provide the agreed services of the highest quality by specialized technicians and engineers and according to the standards.
3-The client shall acknowledge full responsibility for the person authorized by him to use the electronic services and conduct the full transactions, the name of the user and the password and the requirements for their preservation, and to Non- disclosure any person or entity about the number.
4- The service will be provided to anyone at the address and once they signed the client is deemed to have received the service.
5-We have the right to adjust service prices at any time without warning and to add and remove offers, all due to the service provider.
6-Electricity champions provide services in and outside Riyadh, and if the required service is outside Riyadh, an additional price will be added for the service and it is estimated by the service provider’s price policy.
7- Once the service provider has gone out to the site, he is entitled to a disclosure fee based on the price policy of the service provider.
8- If it is agreed that the items will be supplied by the client, the entire material must be available before the technician is present at the site. If the technician is present at the scheduled time and the material or part of it is not provided, the client will bear the daily fee of the technician.
9- If a technician forced to breaking down, the service provider is not responsible for the transport of the waste and is not responsible for the plastering, and it is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10- In the event of suspension by the client or any third party by the client, the service provider must be notified before returning to work for at least one week unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11- In case that the work is performed through stages, the payment drop is as receiving a receipt of the prior work, and in the event that the client is delayed for three days, the provider of the service is entitled to cease work and is subject to the conditions of the suspension of article 10.
12- In case that the service provider breaches the agreed period, the client has the right to cancel the Convention only and is not entitled to claim any additional amounts due to delay.
13- The warranty period for the works of electricity must be written between the parties and, if it is not written, the Electricity Champions Foundation guarantees the work performed by it for a period not exceeding 7 days from the completion of the work.
14- In case of price offer is sent and it appears to us that the price offer is unfair or that we want to cancel the agreement, we are entitled to cancel the agreement by notifying the customer, in such case the amount paid to the customer is recovered after calculation of the works performed.
15- We have the right to suspend the client’s account at any time, for any reason, including, but not limited to, suspicion or infringement, or for reasons belonging to the service provider.
16- The service provider is not responsible for comments by service beneficiaries and the client must verify them and rely on what is published by the service provider.
17- We have the right to remove any publication on the site that is contrary to the ethics of Islamic sharia and the law or for any reason due to the service provider.
18- We don’t take any responsibility for other people’s ads that are posted on our website, and the client must check them, and he has full responsibility for it.
19- The information posted on the site might be old and outdated, and the foundation is therefore not responsible for updating them.
20-Intellectual property rights
A- The client acknowledge that he does not own intellectual rights to electronic services programs and documents and agrees not to allow users to copy or modify software or otherwise or to download or transfer electronic services programs to a similar electronic device.
B- All the intellectual rights of our website and the materials published on it are reserved for the Electricity Champions Foundation and may not be used, copied or published.
C- A particular part of the website may be copied with reference to the source and the text or image may not be modified or separated the copy from the related attachments.
21-In case of any dispute to the application of the terms and conditions, the courts in Saudi Arabia are competent to interpret their provisions and the dispute is referred to the competent court in Riyadh.
22- The provider has the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and the client must check the terms and conditions himself.
23- Any delay or reluctance of the company to exercise any right or competence contained in these conditions shall not be considered a waiver of such right or competence and the company shall be entitled to exercise it at any time.
